I really appreciated the attentive and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that guests have a wonderful experience.

We were there for celebrating birthday, and had an excellent time. We came here with our niece. Had pet-friendly room complete with a microwave and fridge, as example.

I have stayed in the double room for microwave. It has marvellous and cosy location in Birch Run as it's so close to several restaurants, the outlet mall and the highway and Birch Run and Frankenmuth. All the staff members are wonderful and welcoming.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and went above and beyond. When we checked in, our suite was ready and had a microwave, fridge, and even some tissues. It made our stay comfortable! 😊.

the breakfast was reasonably good with fresh cinnamon rolls, no complaints whatsoever. the room i stayed in was spotless and modern with microwave, the bathroom plus fridge and microwave.

For a delightful tea or coffee, you can visit the nearby La Farina Bakery.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, close enough to event attended. Loved the room with separate tv for kids, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.
